NLC 2025 Student Parent Permission

RULES
1. All youth must have this permission form filled out, indicating their agreement to these rules.
2. No one can attend the New Life Church Atlantic COGOP Student Ministry Events without a signed parental permission slip and contact numbers. Parents may be called to verify if there is doubt.
3. Students will not be allowed to go outside of church or venue without adult supervision.
4. No insults or sarcasm: We do not put others down, make fun of others (especially those who arenʼt with us), pick on others, or gossip about.
5. Use your body respectfully: No revealing clothing, no PDA, no chasing, throwing, or hurting others.
6. Keep it clean: no swearing
7. During Lock-Ins, all youth must remain within the church. No unauthorized exiting or entering will occur.
8. NO personal video games, trading cards, or electronic devices (cell phones will be allowed for emergencies only).
9. Special medication or required items should be indicated on the Medical Release form and given to the Chaperones.
10. No illegal drugs, alcohol, dangerous materials, or firearms.
11. All Students must respect othersʼ physical boundaries. Inappropriate behavior (i.e., Physical intimacy or sexual harassment) is not permitted and will NOT be TOLERATED!
12. If Overnight Event, Same-sex sleeping quarters will be provided. Lights out/quiet hours will be observed in these areas.
13. It is expected that all Students (youth and adults) will participate in the program. 

14. Take care of yourself and clean up after yourself.
15. Be considerate and respectful of other participants and leaders.
16. Be respectful of the church and property of the church.
17. Violation of these rules will result in disciplinary action and may include the participant being asked to leave the lock-in. Parents will be called to pick them up regardless of the hour.
18. The first infraction will result in a verbal warning. Repeated violations will result in calling the parent to pick the youth up.
19. THE ENFORCEMENT OF THESE RULES IS EVERYONE'S RESPONSIBILITY.
