Leadership

Pastors & Staff

Ben & Tiffany Winford

Lead Pastor

Ben and Tiffany have dedicated their lives to investing in people, building authentic relationships, and sharing the love of Jesus in real, tangible ways. With over a decade of experience as youth pastors in Denver and 12 years serving as regional youth leaders, they have walked alongside the next generation, equipping and empowering them to live out their faith.
Now, as the lead pastors of NLC, their heart remains the same: to be all things to all people so that they might win some (1 Corinthians 9:22). They believe ministry happens in the everyday moments—through love in action, meeting people where they are, and having real conversations. Their passion for outreach drives the mission of NLC, creating a church that isn’t just within four walls but is actively reaching the community.
Wherever you are in your journey, Ben and Tiffany are here to walk alongside you. Whether through a heartfelt conversation, a shared meal, or serving together, their greatest desire is to see lives transformed by the power of Jesus.

Stuart & Delmy Lam

We are Stuart and Delmy have been working faithfully as youth pastors for 17 years. Married on July 30, 2011 and have a bilingual family of three children, Isabella, Emma and Daniel. Joel and Faith Petersen

Discipleship Pastors

We're Joel and Faith Petersen. We have been part of New Life Church since 2020 and part of the Church our whole lives! Both of us have been blessed to grow up knowing God and spending time in church - that’s even where we met as babies in the nursery. While we know that churches aren’t perfect, we also know that churches are the perfect place for people. That’s why we’re excited to help cultivate a culture, built on God’s word, where people can come to know Jesus and become like Him too. Whether in a small group, men’s or women’s ministries, or discipleship classes, there’s a place for everyone to
connect and grow at NLC.

Ali Pieken

Compassion Ministries Coordinator

Hello there, I'm Ali! I've been actively involved with New Life Church since 2016. Throughout my tenure, I've had the privilege of serving in numerous ministries, including women's ministry, youth ministry, worship team, adult small groups, and outreach. I'm blessed to have had a lifelong connection to a church community, being raised in church my entire life.
As the Compassion Ministry Coordinator, I'm responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the church's outreach, benevolence, and pastoral care initiatives, striving to model Christ's love through service, support those in need, and provide care for the church family. With deep roots in the Atlantic community, I'm eager to collaborate with individuals who share my passion for serving. Please feel free to contact me if you're interested in joining our serving teams.

    Lynn Zimmerman

Administrator

Howdy, I'm Lynn! I've been at New Life Church since  2021.  I grew up here in Atlantic, and now I have the joy of raising my family in the same community.
Church administration is more than organization and planning—it’s a ministry of stewardship and service to the Body of Christ. I believe administration is a spiritual gift that helps support and strengthen the work God is doing through the church.
In my role, I help manage daily operations, coordinate the church calendar, maintain membership records, and assist in planning and executing church events. My heart is to help things run smoothly behind the scenes so that ministry can flourish and people can focus on encountering God and growing in their faith.
I’m grateful to serve the mission of the church and to help create systems and communication that support the work of ministry and build up the body of Christ.

"So with yourselves, since you are eager for manifestations of the Spirit, strive to excel in building up the church".
1 Corinthians 14:12
